Jan 11:  New Props List

Here is a new props list showing only items we still need.  Please check it
for things you can contribute.

Jan 11:  Set Assembly continues

The stage is up, but there is still a lot of work to do.  The schedule from John Seeley's
emails as of 10 Jan is posted to the Google calendar on the Rehearsal Notes page.
The set work after that is shown as "all day" but we'll update the exact times as we
get closer to the dates.  But keep in mind that there will be work on the set just about
every day from now through opening.

Jan 8:  Please come help raise the stage

Thanks to all who helped Friday, the stage parts are stacked in the church.
Now all hands are needed to assemble them into our stage, glorious stage.
Work will start as soon as church services are done, around 12:00.
Please bring large socket wrenches and regular wrenches.

Jan 15 is the New Deadline for Break-A-Leg Wishes

Please submit your Break-A-Leg Wishes to Ginny Perkins, and get your family and friends to submit them,
by Sunday, January 15th.  See below for full directions on how to do that.

Jan 9:  Rehearsal Schedule Updated

The schedule on the Rehearsal Notes page has been updated with the new information Timoth
mailed today on Jan 9th.  Most of the previous changes are in the next two weeks.  The Jan 9th
changes just affect Jan 11 and Jan 18.

Break-a-Leg Wishes Due Jan 15th (Credit card payment now possible)

It is your job to help us collect the “break-a leg” wishes for the program. You can write a personal note or get
your friends and family to wish you well by submitting 20 words for $20. What a great way to support the show!
Send in your well wishes, typed, along with your check to Memorial Episcopal Church at 1407 Bolton Street, Baltimore 21217.
Write “Memorial Players” on the note section of the check. Or just pass your check, cash and typed wish to one of
the producers (Julie, Beth, Lois) at rehearsals.  NEW:  Send your wish in an email to Ginny Perkins and pay for it
with credit card using Google Checkout on the Receptions page.  Ginny's email address is ginperkins@me.com.
Deadline: January 15th.

For example: Hooray for Sally Smith! Good luck for a great performance. Love, Mom and Dad.
For example: Thanks to the production team for such a great job behind the scenes. Warmly, Sally Smith.

Receptions Available for Reservation Nov 1st

See the Receptions page.
